DocuWiki 2.0 - no DocuWiki text editor?

Text editor controls are missing from the edit field.
Tested in IE and Firefox.

They are missing from the DocuWiki demo on xoopsforge also.

Xoops 2.0.14
IIS 5.0
PHP 4.3.7
MySQL 3.23.58
safe mode off
register_globals off
(doesn't work with globals on either)

Solved the above. Used local.php from the RC. May just have been a corrupt download.
A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.
