MS-Weather 3.1 Block Problem

Hello

I am experience problems with ms-weather 3.1 block, anybody too ?
The block don't display any info, only the "ERROR" message.
I test in both XOOPS versions 2.0.9.2 and 2.0.1.0.

Any idea ?
