How Do I Change New Members Registered Message

Everytime a Member registers to the site they get this message, even though, every new members has to get admin approved.

You are now registered. However, we were unable to send the activation mail to your email account due to an internal error that had occurred on our server. We are sorry for the inconvenience, please send the webmaster an email notifying him/her of the situation.

How Do I fix This?

Thanks, that worked but, No One can still login, including Admin.

No one can login to our site, Including Admins , I think a admin messed with the Auth thing and so we cant log in, and I now it says:

You are registered as BAD_IP by Protector.
This restriction will be expired on 2010-05-21 11:35:18

What Do I Do?

There are no files in the cache directories, besides, the readme file.

I used unknown Army template, the host said he just copyed all of the files over, I have been trying to get his help but, hes been busy.

Hey, Iam almost done with my site, but theres one more problem, my to nav links.

ok all of the top nav links, go to a diffrent site, besides the download page, the download page stays in the site, that page is right, but all of the other pages are not.

Can anyone help me?
