looking for a free Developer

I was always told that XOOPS was free and now I am a little shocked to see that for a service, people demand € 1500 to encode a page I made in module.

I find it shameful. If a developer who is there to help and not to make money has time and wants to help me, it would be nice.

I wish that the module can leave the choice to members to add a coordinated added in the menu.
With permission based groups to add or not coordinated.

And a block style "submit a coordinated"

I have an idea of module but nobody want me free to write my idea as a module. I have everything I need to make the module route. It should be up that encode

I am a fan of poker and I'd like to know if it would be possible to find a module that manages poker tournament to establish a block containing a ranking of victories players taking into account a player is not necessarily registered on the site but that if a player is registered, his name is linked to your site
