Hi atisolution: I have fixed this problem, I inserted the data to "xhelp_department_mailbox". That is very useful and simple:)

This module is very helpful for me to track the technical support work. So we can try to insert the data to the MySQL directly,I will try it then.

I am using XOOPS V2.0.18.1.

When I added the department, I can see the ID,but when I add the pop email config, will get the problem.

Hi atisolution:

You can try to donwload the version 0.79 to test if the problem also happen, and I will also test that version.
