have the same problem, maybe the PHP debug helps devs to provide a quick fix:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in [my document root]/header.php on line 33

I set everything to default but no changes

but I think I can use modules/system/admin.php to get to (almost?) any admin section - displays many admin links in a matrix structure - at least a workaround

nevertheless, such strange behaviour worries me about the overall stability of the site.

I will get some sleep now (4:15am in Germany) - maybe there are some more ideas tomorrow ... thanks so far.

cool, now I know how to get my blocks back onto the front page and should be able to re-open my site, at least

do you have an overview of all menu URLs? of course I would need the one to regenerate the cloned templates, too

long-term, of course, it should be possible to get a full admin menu again - counting on you devs

could get there and updated the system module - unfortunately no change in the admin menu

btw, could you provide the path to the blocks admin? maybe I can at least fix the problem that I have no blocks except the menus on my front page

I have seen this tutorial before, very nice.
However, since I do not have the Modules/Administration option (it's simply not there in the Modules menu) how could I update the system module?

yes, I did run xoopsupdate.php (see also my previous post:https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=39360&forum=1)
but how to update the system module? I assume this would be done through the Modules/Administration menu? I'm missing this , too ...

thanks, great tour!

So I'm missing at least Blocks, Users and all options from the Misc.Tools menu... this looks pretty messed up. And I have no backup (stupid, I know... but I never had any problems with XOOPS updates before).

Would it be possible to re-install the upgrade? Or install a complete new 2.2 over my current installation (without loosing the database, theme, etc., of course)? or any other ideas?

PHP debug does not give much - below the admin page I only get:

Hello,
I'm afraid my admin section is incomplete after upgrading from 2.0.13 to 2.2, e. g. I see nothing related to blocks administration. I only see the menu options listed below. How should a complete menu look like?

btw, my "Misc.Tools" menu in the admin section is empty - not sure if this is normal ... I wonder where the blocks config menu is??
