Hello folks! (My english it's pretty bad).
I've XOOPS 2.3.3 and I use TinyMCE as my editor.
When a user click to "comment" the option "Activate HTML Tags" isn't marked by default.
How can I change that?

But when my users receive a pm is show HTML codes.
How I can enable HTML for PM?
