Help with Pico 1.20! - How to create nice looking pages?

I'm in the process of transferring my static .html pages to Xoops.

I'm using Pico 1.20 and for some reason, when I tried to copy over the html pages, it looks really messed up. Been spending many hours and still not looking good.

Can somebody help out with Pico 1.20. I can pay for the time and effort.

Form / Reservation module? Is there any modules out there?

I have a party/event based website and need to take reservation (Name/Email/etc. etc.)

Basically, I need this page,http://www.asianfriendsparty.com/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=12
to work.

Is there a existing module out there? I couldn't find it.

I'm looking for help in setting up my XOOPS powered site.
Need help in terms of blocks, modules (which to installed/use), layouts, etc.

I first only knew about PHPNuke and PostNuke CMS. But lately I started to use XOOPS and like the feel and navigation of Xoops.

Is XOOPS suitable for coupon/deal portal sites?
Something likehttp://www.gotapex.com/ and www.techbargains.com

If not, which CMS are more suitable?
