When restore the database, is works correctly..

Well, with the help of the greek XOOPS community, the problem is solved.

you shall edit the main.php file at //xoops folder/modules/newbb/language/greek/

add the following lines:

define("_MD_TODAY", "\Σ\ή\μ\ε\ρ\α G:i:s");
define("_MD_YESTERDAY", "\Χ\θ\ε\ς G:i:s");
define("_MD_MONTHDAY", "j/n G:i:s");
define("_MD_YEARMONTHDAY", "d/M/Y G:i");

(it says "\s\h\m\e\r\a G:i:s" (meaning \t\o\d\a\y\, xthes....)
......

PS. I can understand the way the search machine works. I've searched with the keywords date problem, and it returned many other things. It does not sort the results by "how close they are of the keywords", it does not rate the results at all i think..

Hi my friend. I' m greek too, and I have the same problem...

Although, I didn't solve it, i saw that when i change the site language to english, the problem did not existed(although all the letters appeared very strange, bacause of the utf language format..).

I try to find the solution and I saw that some users have this problem, but I can't find them because there is not any search keyword effective to find these topics.
If anyone solved that, please tell us!

Then, the steps I followed are ok, but it doesn't work.

Can it be a problem of the server (www or bad version of php or mysql?) or a problem of files like htaccess...?
------
I try now the older version of cbb 1.16 just in case...

I have news. This version is working (a made a change also moved the files fckeditor.config.js fckeditor.connector.oho and fckeditor.upload.php in the modules folder.

I also copied the english.php and renamed-> greek.php (the language i use) at Frameworks->kaptcha->language

I will now backup and try to install a newer version!

The three components (cbb, Frameworks, xoopseditor) exist on the server and contain files..

JAVesey, what do you mean nested inside another from the zip file? there was a folder xoopseditor in one zip archive containing cbb and I 'd uploaded this many days ago. Now, I 've uploaded a new archive of xoopseditor (v1.10 I think) without deleting the old version..

I suppose no more procsessing is needed than just uploading the three elements and installing cbb..

At the admin menu it returns (cbb-> index):

Fatal error: Call to a member function loadModuleAdminMenu() on a non-object in /var/www/html/modules/newbb/admin/index.php on line 165

Hi again. I tried uploading the frameworks I 've downloaded just now.
Actually, there was a folder "Frameworks" uploaded together with the cbb module at the root directory (where mainfile.php is) which contained just a folder named xoops22.

The problem was not solved.
Now, I try to re-install XOOPS in a different dir, lest the module will be working there...

Do you have any ideas what can be the fault?
