problem with news module

hi guyz i have since changed new hosting many problems :(
well can some body please explane me when i click on create news in admin menu their is nothing happen page even not refreshing or manage news, my problem i can't go to this page to create news :( .. help please

i had order a new good hosting with php 5 and MySQL 5 every stuff include, but can't setup XOOPS write me this message if any body know solve of problem help please
