Hi, i'm searching someone to help to "hack" the Mydownload 1.44 modules... here is my wish ;)

So, i use 1.44 version of Mydownload's moduel, and i wish to be able to change the date from the item when i create a new one, or just edit them, in case of use the date of the day !

I see that in the SUBMIT.PHP file at line 80 there is just : $date = time();

I am not a PHP's coder, but i understand that means it just catch the date of day (from the computer or from server).

So, if i would like to be able to change the date, i should create a field in the edition page (index.php from Admin folder, and may be also in modfile.php) ?

Anyway, there is a little to hot for me, alone... I supose i also should create a variable, catch it, may be also catch the old value, and finaly put it in the right place in the data-base.

If someone have allready done that, it sure a good thing ;), .. but i'm also intersted by just help and clues to reach to do it myself... (realy dunno if it's hard or not)... Cause after that, i should attack a plugin to link Mydownload and XOOPS Tag !!

I will not be able to acces to your link optikol (already try last month without succes).

I've reported lot of many other bugs in my actual CDbase module (adding more albums bugging now, and there are often some error message when adding new songs)...

Without any solution to this module, i will probably should leave it to another new solution ,(

Hi,

i've installed the TinyEditor 1 in my XOOPS 2.0.17, to especially used it in Smart Section.

The tools "Styles" propose me 20 differents styles, somes coming from my CSS sheet, but some from somewhere elses ? anyway, how to add other style, or select somes from my general CSS sheet ?

wich module for audio streaming?

Hi,

i've seen recently that a module called Xasset was released and proposed movie streaming. As i am a musician, i'm searching since long time a module that let me do audio streaming.

Is there one? Xasset should use for that? maybe is there any tricks to let me do something close to that?

Last year i've used the module Wordpress with streaming plugins to make a test... but administration, just to add new songs begin to be to hard ;(

and that was greater if it would be possible to grab information for RSSFeed and podcasting ! :)

Hi,
since few years i am searching someone who could be intersted to work on the CDBase XOOPS module, that i have shorlty adapt to my needs, but i am not a PHP programmer, i'have lot of ideas, but not enough capacities.

In my case i have 3 categories with one different "musicians", those one was presented as text.. why not as thumbmails?

then when you enter in one artist (cyborgjeff) you just have a list of all his CDs, i have more than twenty, but for now it don't suit with just 7...

i've allready change the prensentation, but i think it will be better if the artist page will just propose photo(s?) text information and thumbmail of CDs cover with just year and title information, for more, there will be a CD information page (that is not implemented for now!)

finally, if you choose the album Divagation, the original possibility from this module was a lyrics section that propose a non-smarty popup with only text informations.

i had addapt it with a javascript code that launch to open an MP3 file in a popup, but it don't work anymore,.. but it is not easy, i should for each song cut and past the code addapted with the MP3 files.

that would be really more intersting if for each song we have the possibility add or not more informations as :
cover, text, streaming (using wordpress addon ?), and download (maybe url or ID number from mydownload modules)

if someone could be intrested by this project, that would be really great !! :)

something wrong with PHP session

Hi,

i'm a belgian user of XOOPS (from FR. communauty) but my problem could maybe find here more sollution, cause it seems to be due to my american hoster : Brinkster.

Brinkster user : PHP5 and Mysql5.
i use XOOPS : 2.0.16
i use I.E.7

well here is the problem, when i am connecting to my fresh installation of Xoops, i'll be quickly disconnected (few seconds) from the administration and go back to un unregistred user.

i didn't have this problem during installation or the first operations i've done in the administration.

in Firefox i don't have any problem.
with same web browser and using other XOOPS website i've made on other host, i don't have this problem.

someone have an idea, where i should focus to solve this problem?
