CBB 3.08 poll problem

Hello!
I have a problem with the CBB 3.08 module - I cannot add a poll. When I'm in a forum where I want to add a poll, the icon for adding a poll redirects me to the form for making a new topic.
The permissions are all in order, I double checked them. I also checked to see that the Add poll and Add new topic seem to point the same URL.
Don't know what to try or do. Is there any other module extention required for the polls to work? Please help with any suggestions, I'll be grateful! :)

Thanx for the answers, they helped me in a way :) I rechecked everything and found that I have not linked the gif properly. Of course, after I corrected that error, everything was ok :)
Sorry for wasting your time.

Hello!
I wonder if anyone can help, I'm having trouble with the main logo on my site, the one that displays next to the banner in the header of the site.
When it is just a regular gif, everything is ok but when I try to put up an animated gif /that consist of 2 gifs appearing to replace eachother/, I get nothing. That is to say, it is not displayed.
I have not found anything that says that animated gifs are not supported ba xoops, if that is the case, please include it in the FAQ. (I use 2.0.16. version of Xoops). If anyone has any idea what to try to make this work, please LMK.
TIA!

Ok, I found out that root_path and virtual path can't be followed by same gallery_address because 1 does require a slash they other doesn't.

So I made two variables gallery_address1 and gallery_address2. Now it's working...

Hello!
Can you please be a bit more specific about this. I do not understand what you mean by root_path and virtual_path settings. Did you edit settings.php (just for xsgal) or something else too? Can you CP how these settings for gallery_address1 and 2 look at your system?

Dunno if anyone else uses this gallery manager for xoops...I have a problem with it. Recently the 1.2 version that I had on stopped working for some reason (upgrade from Debian to Etch?) and I tried to upgrade it to 1.3 or 1.4.
Unfortunately, I could not get it to work, meaning I could not get it to 'read' from the folders where my pictures are put. I edited settings.php and tinkered with the setting in the admin section in XOOPS but with no success.
Does anyone else know anything more or could help me out in any way?
TIA!

I don't know if there is a way to add bunch of users to XOOPS now? Say, via a csv file, or a tabbed txt file, or an Excel sheet.

If there is a way to do what I ask here, please LMK. TIA.

Not really sure if this is the right to place...

I don't know if there is a way to add bunch of users to XOOPS now, but that would be a nice feature. Say, via a csv file, or a tabbed txt file, or a Excel sheet.

If there is a way to do what I ask here, please LMK. TIA.

On a similar note, I too have a question about the date in CBB.

Please look at the picture and tell me where and how I can change the display of the publish date and the date of the last post (captured in black and red squares)

I've spent an hour now trying to find the settings for these, but was unable. It would be great if smn here knows where I can tweak the look of these dates; I am trying to get smth like Y/M/D ie. 2007/11/5 16:14; like they have on this forum, coincidentally :)

I am using XOOPS 2.0.16 and CBB v. 3.08.
Thanx in advance.

I have access, what should I look for? And where? There are so many logs in a Debian system :)
