Please help on this issue.
I have the same Issue and I missing a solution.
I have tried to delete all cookie, empty the cache folders and empty the session table.
I have just uploaded the new 2.3.2 version and now I not able to login to perform the upgrade.
I have tried both a webmaster user and a normal user the same happens.
The login page says the login was succecfully, but Im redirected to the front page and the login box appears again.
Please help.

I wasn't online at the moment, I just returned to the site when notified.
Maybe the site owner was online, but he only work with the contens and news module.
I don't know if it has any importance, but we are using the activation by webmaster when new users have register.

This happend to me for the second time today.
I'm runing:
Xoops: 2.2.4
MySQL: 3.23.54
PHP: 4.4.0
Apache 1.3.26
This is a big problem, I have nearly 300 users on my website and this affects them all.
Please advice?
