i'm busy with a very hard coding project, needed for my site...

i can't disclose url, sorry, but i'll give you as much information as possible.

the process can be divided into a few smaller ones:

1: get all entries from the dictionary module
2: compare the results with every word on the page
3: 2 the same words must result in a rollover link
4: that rollover popup must contain the answer of that dictionary entry (saved in a string)

1 is done with a SELECT query, but i don't know in which file i need to put it.

I don't have any idea how to do 2

3 is just a small dhtml piece of code (easy one... i can do this one)

4 is again a SELECT query (and i don't know in which file, again), combined with some dhtml... (apart from the SELECT query placement, this is easy also)

Could someone help me with this?? thanks!!

i want this menu insterted in my theme.html file instead of the one that is displayed now (on this one), but only for registered members.

right now, i've got this in my theme.html file that represents that menu:

<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="100%" border="0">
                  <{if
$xoops_isuser}>
                 <
tr align="right">
                  <
td id="headmenu" bgcolor="#6b6b6b">
                  <
script language="JavaScript" src="menu.js"></script
                  </
td>
                 </
tr>
                  <{else}>
                 <
tr align="center">
                  <
td id="headmenu" width="288" bgcolor="#6b6b6b">
                  <
td id="headmenu"><class="menuHead" href="http://www.sednax.ws/">HOME</td>
                  <
td id="headmenu"><class="menuHead" href="http://www.sednax.ws/modules/AMS">ARTICLES</td>
                  <
td id="headmenu"><class="menuHead" href="http://www.sednax.ws/modules/newbb">FORUM</td>
                  <
td id="headmenu"><class="menuHead" href="http://www.sednax.ws/modules/contact">CONTACT</td>
                  </
td>
                 </
tr>
                  <{/if}>
      </
table>

the menu.js script file is this one: menu.js

my problem is that i don't get the menu, but nothing. of course, you need to register in order to see it, so i've created an account for you (spamming = ip ban)

username = drull
pass = qwerty

i believe it has something to do with the theme css file and the menu css that conflict, but i'm not sure.. i'm busy with this for 2 days now and i can't see the problem... help

thanks

i have tried xasset, it works very well (after a long read.. ).

the paid subscription is also a nice idea, but when i want to make an application (not the main one, but a product), i can select "assign to group" but no timeframe. that whole row just doesn't exist.

someone knows what this could be??

i want a very, very simple paid downloads module. when you want to download something, you must pay first (paypal) and then you will be sent to the download link.

rha7downloads is perfect for me, but it doesn't work (after you paid you get an error with 'the information is incorrect' in spanish)
