I downloaded version 1.5 but when I follow the instructions, my index page gives me the message "This module does not exist"

I tried several suggestions from the forum but it does not work.

Formulaire module problems

Hi,

I installed the formulaire module and need to know if someone could explain to me how to do an output form in static html.

I am using XOOPS due to its community building modules and capacity.

There is a form which I designed at:Demo formulaire questionaire

I entered some test data but have no idea to extract it.

Help will really be appreciated.
