Is there a xoops auction module?

Hi,

I've been looking around for a XOOPS auction module, similar to ebay, but doesn't have to be as complex (note: not a module that allows you to show ebay listings on your site).

I've searched the google and the XOOPS site, but couldn't come up with anything good. There was one here, but his site has since been down (although I got the file it didn't work), and he doesn't seem to be actively working on it.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

-- Sorry... I know I've asked this question in "module usage" forum, but there was no reply so I assume it was the wrong area to ask it, so I'm posting the question here again. ---

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can make custom pages in XOOPS besides using the modules. I need to make a lot of them quick (so I'm scripting something that'll spit out all the code for the webpages that I need, I just need the basic code structure).

How can I create a custom page that will have my content and also maintain the same blocks/themes of the website. I found a tutorial herehttp://www.xoopstuner.com/xoops223a/modules/AMS/article.php?storyid=11 that works great, but it's for the root folder only. Please bear with me here since I'm relatively unfamiliar with php.

How can I get it to work, say if my custom page is here like so...

root/tutorials/customPage

The tutorial works perfectly when customPage is in the root folder, and all I want is for it to also work when the folder setup is like the one show above.

Thanks in advance.

Ok, this might be a really dumb question, but here goes.

I've become accustomed to the install/use type of modules that are avaliable for xoops. So when I put xosc in my modules folder and installed it into xoops. I see the admin menu and everything.

But when I click on the osc link, it brings me to the demo page. The weird thing is if you click it again, the whole page goes blank. Clicking login, sign up on that demo page also brings up a blank page. There's probably more to this, but I'm confused as to where to start.

How would I create my own page with the categories of the products that I had added in the admin menu?

I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could step me through the process.

Thanks.
