I'm still on the search for some final extra functionality before I can commit to using XOOPS.

Is there a module for adding tabs or the usual links line at the top of the main page?

I'm creating a web-site for a charity that has several different membership sections depending on age and location.

I need to have information for the charity as a whole, then a section for each location, finally, at each location I would like to have a section for each age range.

OK, so I'd like to hand content management to a different person for each section!

Can someone recommend modules that will help me to do this.
Do you know of any XOOPS site that do something like this already?

I have to say that after much searching, XOOPS seems to be a fantastic tool, installed in under 30 minutes and is supported by my ISP (4uhosting.co.uk). A huge thankyou to the developers. Just need a pointer to get me hooked and my first website up and running!
