I've recently installed an Apache (v2) server on my windows box, along with PHP5, MySQL v4.1.16 and everything else needed to run XOOPS (prior to this and even now my site is being hosted, I am just attempting to host it myself).

Anyway, here's the problem, every time a new user tries to resgister he goes through the usual registration process of filling out his info, then submitting it, but once he gets to the "confirmation" screen with the "Finish" button on the bottom which he then hits and is presented with a 500 internal server error window.

The funny thing is that everything else works, even when I am as the administrator registers that new user through the administration control panel, new values get written to the db and everything works perfect except when a user himself goes through the abovemention.

If anyone has any ideas please share.

I used the modified (i think, not sure) version of xoopscontact1.6 and it works great on XOOPS 2.2.4.

Look here:

I like it, nice looking website and I like the theme you've used, it's not too cluttered, easy on the eyes and you can find what you're looking for fairly easy.

One thing I'm not really sure about (and maybe it's just me) is the side 'scrolling/typing' text in the "News Around The World" block, maybe speed up the 'typing' a little and extend the visibility time or change it to a classic vertical-type news scroller.

I agree with bb2120 nice clean site, like the colors you've used and the text is just fine, it's not too big to the point that a user or a visitor might get turned off by it.

Works good in 5 different browsers, but I'd imagin that if using a default XOOPS theme (granted you only slightly modified it) will not present you with any problems as I'm sure it was tested prior to it's release.

I found only one 'problem', there's an image missing (/xt/themes/geometric_red/rotating_images/1.jpg) in the upper left corner just below 'Welcome!' and above the main menu, other than that the website looks and functions pretty well.

Hey ackbarr thanks for replying, is there an alternative location where I could download that module? Because all the download links on his dev page are dead.

I was wondering if there was a help desk module that was not as feature intensive as xHelp or zentrack, but instead something like a simple contact us form with a ticket assignment and tracking.

Any help is appreciated.
