i have no issues with new members registering...

i DO have issues for notifications...i NEVER get them, #OOPS# it!!!!

hey, my users for some reason cannot change their own password and they keep on emailing me and requesting me to do it manually. i thought at first i overlooked a permission, but i cant find it.

i am running the latest version of xoops. please help me find the setting that allows users to change their own pass.

hi. sometimes my site experiences high traffic and i have made it possible so that only certain groups of people can enter my site during times of increased traffic.

i would like to install a banner on the page that pops up when your site is turned off.

ex: when you go to a site that has been shut off, usually there is a disclaimer as to why the site is down and then there is a login section either for admins or other special users.

i want to place a banner on that page.

can someone direct me to the appropriate file please.
