Thanks for the reply..

Jus One more query.Please tell me if this method is OK for upgrading.

1)Backup DB and files (drop DB and delete files on server)
2)install fresh XOOPS 2.0.13.2
3)install templates and copy themes that i use in prod site
4)drop DB and restore backup prod database
5)copy all the modules from Backup (except that are present by default)

Hi all,

I have a query regarding the upgrading of XOOPS form 2.0.7 to 2.0.13.2

Instead of updating all the patches, can i just use the new XOOPS 2.0.13.2 and move the modules to new version. Ofcourse, i will use the previous database itself.


Will this work ?? I tried this and it looks working.


Do i need to take care of anything ??

There is one more thing i wanted to tell u. In the wordpress module, the "Press it" link and the java script in the bottom of the page is not displaying for me.

In the computer at my home its working fine, can any one tell me the possible reason.


plz, i desperately wanted the blogs in my site to be in wordpress.

I am not able to see it in IE too.

i using 0.3.3 version. I read in some post that it has a patch too. Where do i get it ?

Does SPAW work only if ur server is on windows??

I saw it in some forum. Is it so?
