cannot create project in timesheetxoops

Hi,

I have installed TimeSHeetXoops and it is a fantastic application.

Everything is working fine except for creating projects. I am unable to create any projects. It says that i dont have any permissions but i have checked all that and everything is set correctly.

I have no problem creating tasks, only projects wont work.

Can anyone assist me.

Actually doesn't matter im quite happy using iframe actually.

I want to show the content from another page (page1.htm) inside a custom block.

The iframe works, but is there another way of just displaying the content without using a frame within the block is that the only way?

Hi,

I have created a custom block and wish to add a code that re-directs and displays content from another webpage within the custom block.

I have done this before but forgot the code. Does anyone know what the code is?

block content problem.

Hey guys,

Just a quick embarrasing question. I used to know this but i cannot remember how i did it.

I have created a webpage with some called page1.htm
I have created a custom block and i want the contents that is on page1.htm to be displayed in this custom block.

How do i do it? What is the code?

Hi,

I have been using xHelp for a while and it is a fantastic module. So simple and usefull. Anyway i have a problem where after a ticket is CLOSED, the elapsed time continues to calculate.

Is there a way to stop this from happening?

What im thinking of doing is this:

1. User creates a ticket and logs a fault
2. Admin achnowledges fault and assigns ticket.
3. Timer now start ticking
4. Admin responds and ticket is on HOLD
5. Timer keeps ticking
6. Admin responds and ticket is now CLOSED. Job finished
7. Timer to stop and record elapsed time.
8. Two days later, that closed ticket should still show the closed time when it was original closed and show current elapsed time since it was opened.

Is this how xHelp suppose to work? Or is there something i can do to achieve these steps?

Can i install multiple copies of Service Status (SSTATUS)

Hello,

Just a quick question. I already have the service status (sstatus) module installed and been using. It is a fantastic module. I have an interesting question though. Am I able to simply "clone" it or allow to have a second copy of the exact same module installed more than once on the same XOOPS portal?

I tried to make a direct clone copy of the module and called it sstatus2 and also modified the graphic icon (so i can distinguish the two when installing it) but when i actually try and install it, it says the module is already installed and will not continue.

unable to load database even if online

Hi,

I have just installed XOOPS on a laptop for demo purposes. Have installed it on a winxp pro operating system with MySQL version 4 and php 4.x. I can get through half the installation with no errors.

But when it comes to the database section it says it is unable to connect to the database server even though it is running and i have verified and tested the security credentials and all is fine.

I have checked to make sure the services running and tested it and it is all ok. But XOOPS refused to find the server.

Can anyone please help me with this. I have installed XOOPS in the past many times with no problems but am puzzled with this situation.
