font problem in the spotlight module

Hi, guys!
I have strange problem with my Spotlight module. All titles looks like they have been printed with "Caps Lock" button. What's the problem?

Hi! I have got the same problem with updating from 2.0.9.2 to 2.0.10. I created custom block but it does not appear. So, according to you advises I updated system module, but if my blocks have any caching they still remains empty.
If cache enabled - blocks does not work.
What I shall do?

I have solved problem with second admin login. I just re-upload XOOPS files into the server. I think problem was in 2 files: include/common.php and /header.php. Am I right?

But problem with refreshing page in admin area still present. Please, help me! What I have to do?

No, he can't. "You have not permissions to access this area..." But he has admin's login and permissions!

I tryed to refresh module but it gives me nothing...

New bug I noticed: when I tryed to admin some modules (news or modules for example), admin page is reloading constantly

Greetings! After updating 2.0.7-> 2.0.7.3 problems Have begun. At one of administrators of a site in his user menu the link in admin area was gone. The script simply does not start up it! Debugging shows nothing. What should I make to correct a bug? Help please!
