Hey, this thread helped me alot, I added wysiwyg to my news posting, as my site is a poetry site, but is there a way to also get it working in the EDIT NEWS section when it brings you into the ADMIN section for editing? Right now it still uses the html code display, so any news{poem} item with a lot of editing comes up with lots of code and is hard to edit.

I am using XOOPS 2.0.10

The file /news/admin/storyform.inc is what I think I need to edit, but its layout differs greatly form the /news/include/storyform.inc file.

Well I found out the answer to my own question.

In public_html\xoops\userinfo.php

under line

$results =& $module->search(''''50$thisUser->getVar('uid'));

you change the number 5 to however many you want to list on your profile.

How can you check the HTML requests for your site? I'm trying to speed mine up :)

I was looking for a way to show more than 5 on that screen without clicking show all :)

Hi,

When you click on a users profile it shows the last 5 news posts and last 5 forum posts... How do you increase this number?

Thanks,
-Corey
