Hi
Running MySQL, PHP 4.3.8, IIS 5 on Win XP. During the install I receive the following message:
PHP Warning: copy(../mainfile.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\Webapps\Xoops\install\class\mainfilemanager.php on line 52
Can someone tell me where I have gone wrong please
