Okay, I installed XOOPS without any problems and then in the preferences page I changed the default language to Koreanutf8 and nothing happened, my site still displays in English.

Did I miss something? also is it possible for the default language to be Korean, but users override it with individual preferences?

Thank-you. I've been looking for a CMS with a Korean language pack for sometime. Now I can finally make a site for my wife and her family.
