insert html

i would like to insert just some basic html on the main page, do i have to edit my theme.html or do i use a news module. but i dont want to have the lines like the news modules have.

ms_weather works fine, xmovietime im still trying to install :) anybody know how. i got the url of the theater i want to add but where do i put it. and then do i have to update my module?

css on menu

so i basically fixed my site how i want, i just have one problem, i load both css scripts in the main theme i created, but i dont want it to load menuTop from xoop.css i want it to load main_menu from my.css any suggestions, do i have to edit a template, i doubt but is there a certain file, it will be the left column

anonymous users menu block

i put it in my block that it is visable, but all i see is home, i want anonymous users to be able to see certain modules ? do i have to build a custom block, or, edit the modules preferences?
