body background color change

I have loaded multiple themes for XOOPS V2.2.3

On the default theme, it is giving me a background color of white with image.

But on all the others, I am getting a black background body color that is surrounding the main body. I have looking in forums and searched all over, my firefox webdesign extension says that the body is coming from an embedded css, but I can not find it. But when I compare it to the Default theme, I don`t see any difference in the embedded css. Can anybody help me out, I am wondering if there is something on the local browser that is defaulting to black..because I searched the term of black background and am not getting anything within xoops.

Any help would be appreciated as I changed all the colors of the theme to the way I would like it except the big black border....!!

Thanks for your help in advance.

Submenu not working for added html pages

Hello,

This module works with dynamic submenus for exisiting modules of xoops.

However, I am building content with static HTML wrapping it in XOOPS with php code. Each category of my subject has its own directory which is the main link. The sublink dynamic should be the pages within this category. It works as a permanent link but does not work as a relative link. Again it works for XOOPS modules but does not work for my added static html pages.

great module, only if I can get the relative links to work with my content.

Thanks

RSS fail to load or coming up empty

I am using 2.2.3 with weblog 1.42 and News 1.44 and forum 2.02 with RSS enabled, but when i bookmark RSS feed in firefox it comes up empty and other times it says that it failed to load. I was able to get the feed from this site. This is the problem with weblog and News module, but for some reason, the forum RSS works. Does this have to do with Cache of the modules somehow? Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong.

Thanks for your help.

stats module for xoops 2.2.3

Hi all, I have been searching all over for a working module for site stats for XOOPS 2.2.3. Seems they are all available for previous versions only. I personally like php-stats but i read somewhere it does not work on 2.2.3 and was not able to confirm it myself due to full English installation instructions.

Any help on finding a stats module for 2.2.3

Thanks

Re: Headlines with atom.xml feeds from blogger.com?

I am having the same exact problem. Is atom different from RSS and does not XOOPS headline accept this format?

Any advice on this would be appreciated

multilanguage 2.0 & CJay Content-language change

I just installed ML module and was impressed how I can post different language content in News, forum, and myhome modules and have the specific language content displayed depending on the language user selected.

But for some reason, when I use CJayContent trying to wrap my own webpage with different language content it does not work. I also tried the text editor and wysiwyg editor and it does not work, nor uploading my own web page.

I am trying to develop a page with multilanguage content and a link to it on the menu bar, is it possible with CJaycontent or do I need to use another module?

Is this a limitation of CJayContent or ML 2.0

Thanks for your help.

Re: Stats module

thanks brash, ended up installing phpstats as you suggested, and it works great, the problem is that it does not assign the userid of xoops, which leaves you guessing who the user is based on studying his ip and history.

any future stats modules that solves this problem would be great.
