Show me the way how to edit XOOPS database (using phpmyadmin) to reactive login box? I am stupid!

I got error when disable login block in admin CP.
and logged out.
But i cannot login again cause there's no login box.
I tried to accesshttp://mysite/xoops/user.php and
http://mysite/xoops/module/profile/user.php but but there no login box.
Please help! Thankyou!

I have problem with my xoops!
When removed xoops_lib and xoops_data folder outside document root. I saw a blank page!
