i get a blank page when i try to view forum posts
heres what debug has to say about it:

Fatal error: Cannot pass parameter 4 by reference in .../modules/newbb/viewtopic.php on line 256

does anyone know where the post or a page that was about using .htaccess with XOOPS to make urls much shorter? Im interested in using this method as it does not interfere with XOOPS directly.

How does xoops handle with a very large user base?

Just curious how well XOOPS handles a very high traffic website? Anyone know of a very popular site using the XOOPS engine? Bandwidth problems at all?

i was wondering if anyone could make a hack that would just allow you to rename modules and remove the /modules/ from links etc. dont really care about the site being spiderable or anything so it could just keep the .php extensions etcetcetc

whenever i try to log out, it says it logs be out but doesnt. the only tike it works is when it goes to the intermediate log-out screen and I refresh it there. i havnt changed anything but the layout

y not just let users choose where they want to be installed and just keep a file that has all the modules directories in it?
