Thank you, Jeff !
As I live in Japan, I'm very grad your interest and action.

American Red Cross also gather donation for Japanese earthquake. You may use Credit Card on this site. So it is easy to donate.
http://www.redcross.org/

If you use facebook, you can use 'Causes' application to donate.
http://apps.facebook.com/causes/

Maybe, your country may give you tax incentive about donation.
Let's check it.

Thanks everyone for praying for Japan !
We are very encouraged your posts.

Many of XOOPS* developers in Japan is safe. minahito, fabi, tohokuaiki, gusagi, marijuana, chatnoir, suin, ryuji ...
Fortunately, I'm live far from the earthquake center. So I have few damage.
But they are suffered by the power outage, network down, suspension of train service.

If you are interested in this earthquake, I would like to advise two points.
1) If you are planning to donate, don't be hurry. Confirm the organization carefully if they are trustworthy. Now the afflicted area is in confusion so they can't receive your donation soon.
2) Learn from this earthquake.
After weeks and months passed, we can get many lessons from this earthquake. How to prepare earthquakes, what will be happen and what should we do when we encounter earthquakes and so on. Let's learn them for the next earthquake occurs in your country.
