No, nothing seems to work. As soon as I log in I go to a blank screen.

I have a thought.

Any core changes I made I can identify because I made backup files of the originals. And of course, all the modules I installed, as well as all the content I created is still in their respective subdirectories.

If I go in and backup all the changed core files, reinstall xoops, reinstall the changed core files, and just reinstall all the modules from the modules page, the content should still be there shouldnt it?

WAIT!!! That didn't fix it.

It gives me the theme, until I log in. Then it's the blank screen again, right after it thanks me for logging in.

You're a Great Man McDonald!

Thanks for the help! I was starting to panic as I saw several weeks of work swirling around the toilet rim.

Help!!!!
I think I did something stupid.

I was testing some new themes, and I had XOOPS set to give me the theme chooser option on the main page. One of the themes I tried (bizlook_v1_2.0.14.zip) turned out not to have ANY menus. None, nada, not a thing. Top, bottom, left, or right. I had the admin panel opened in another screen, so I went back into admin, made it not one of the choosable themes, and changed the default theme. Then I tried to refresh the home page. Again, nothing. Still the same theme.

I closed all the windows, cleared the tmp and template_c subdirectories, and deleted the offending theme from the themes subdirectory.

Now when I launch XOOPs all I get is a blank screen.

How can I fix this? I've spend weeks building my site.

Thanks
Frank

Hi Shine

I tried to install this, and followed all the directions, but I'm getting an error.

Could not select the database because: Unknown database 'agbook1'

I created the database using phpmyadmin

Any ideas?

Thanks
Frank

I'm running XOOPS 2.0.15. I downloaded My Referer last night and I get an error when I try to install.

ERROR

Invalid default value for 'startdate'

Unable to install myReferer. Error(s):

Anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks

I would like some assistance to add a module address to WF-Channel.

I installed mycredits from wolffactory,http://wolfactory.wolfpackclan.com/modules/myCredits/
and I would like it to run as a submenu item in WF-Channel. I tried to add is by just inputing the http address, but that doesn't work. Does anyone know how to invoke another module through WF-Channel?

Thanks
Frank

HAH!!!!!
GOT IT!!!!

I had to define the trust path as

C:/Program Files/xampp/htdocs/xoops/xoops_trust_path

NOT

'/localhost/xoops/xoops_trust_path'

Don't know if it's working yet, but at least it's in the modules directory

Thanks for the help Guys!

Ok, I changed

define('XOOPS_TRUST_PATH','http://localhost/xoops/xoops_trust_path');

to

define('XOOPS_TRUST_PATH','/localhost/xoops/xoops_trust_path');

still nothing

I tried never got anywhere. His english is a little hard to understand. But I did follow all his instructions and it doesn't work. That's why I'm asking here. I'm sure someone has had experience getting this running with 2.0.15 who can advise me where I'm going wrong.
