It is the second link in my sig (saves my ass that, doesn't it?), but for some reason my sig is not displaying...

Does it only display in news posts/comments now?

Herko: we are both dead, identical draw times.

Da da! And the link is...

http://lykoszine.sourceforge.net

(there should be an obligatory link entry for posts in this forum, and also the news category, as everyone seems to forget the link when posting...)

My second site has been slightly revified.

I am using it as a sort of blog/personal link directory at the mo, with thoughts/links/whatever on opensource software, php/xml/rss programming, my XOOPS modules, a couple of other scripts, etc.

Also my search for the best browser/email client/spam protection software (on win at the moment).

It is using a nice clean theme (not my own yet).

Comments/suggestions and especilly links back would be welcome.

If I am correct in thinking that groups are cumulative, admin could set up an "Email Contact" group, and anyone in that group would be available in the drop down on the contact form.

Could have it's uses?

It just stops people browsing your directory tree...

The JS is slightly more elegant, as it reirects you, instead of just presenting a blank page.

Someone should actually spend 5 minutes and cook up a sort of 404 like page that uses the site template, and gives people some links...

In my reviews module, I have 3 stright text fields, in which I have a clumsy implementation of user configurablilty, ie, admin can rename these fields, and the desc for them.

I think a framewrok to implement this in any module would be amazing!

Naish, these sound like good ideas to me!

"Well, I am working on an article module that will support any kind of key/value pairs that you would want to attach to it."

In my view it would be better to try and integrate this in the core, rather than create a new module, then is could re reused. Talk to Ackbarr, who is doing somehing re custom fields in the user end...

"Furthermore on of our other developers are working on a module to make the creation of static pages a snap. Think EZCMS (postnuke module) on steroids."

With smarty should be quite doable, no? Of course you need to think wht can and can't be static...

Go to it!
