First, manually check the RSS links, to check for typos (although more than one feed is unlikely)

Second, sounds like your host may have disabled opening remote files. Enquire about this.

The RSS is already there, and can be access throughhttp://www.yoursite.com/backend.php

All your friend needs to do is install Headlines module, and add your sitehttp://www.yoursite.com/backend.php

I was thinking of integrating the google protocols that enable presenting their results in your page, through xml...

Dunno if this is supported in Brandycoke?

How about all WAITING content in 1 place? (obviously only stuff you have admin rights for)

AND a redirect to waiting content if there is any after aproving each item, otherwise a redirect to the main admin index.

In fact, pretty much ALL the admin redirects could be reworked to eliminate a click and page load.

It would be easy enough to write a script to add the categories from Dmoz to your links module, if that would be of any use?

Can you not just assign the value of the test to a smart y variable, and then use that in the template?

While XOOPS is not a blog, it would be interesting to compare the festures with this list, and see how it comes out

(Need to take into account some things that are currently beyond the scope of Xoops.

Things like day/month/year/category archives are good though, and should perhaps have a general interface for all modules, much like the search interface.

Opinions?
