I am not sure, I understand. Could you give an example?

I would like to show the embeded YouTube video player, so the users can just click "Play" and watch it while being on my Website. Right tinyeditor strips all the code when it saves the news (1.53).

XM-Memberstats was a VERY BAD Idea!!!

I've installed it, and now I cannot login anymore. It tells me that my password is wrong.

I am using XOOPS 2.0.16 and XM-Memberstats 2.0e on PHP4.

OK, what happened was that running the installation of XM-Memberstats caused increased number of queries hitting the server, and since I have limitation of 50,000 queries/hour, this shut down my database and the help desk had to reset it.

The question is - how can I minimize the number of queries on XOOPS? Is there a paper anywhere on this?

I've installed it on 2.0.16 and first test went well.

Same here after I switched to PHP5 and realized that my host provider turned allow_url_fopen to OFF (it was ON in PHP4).

So the question is, how can we change

$lines = file ($url);

to something that doesn't require allow_url_fopen to be ON.

Anybody who could help?
