Yep, it is a pity that instantzero closed the doors. Maybe we have to face another fact?

Fact for me, from my own observation is, that taking is much easier than getting the butt lifted and getting involved. Why should we get involved? It is all for free and if the developer is so stupid to do it for free - bad luck for him/her. Shame on myself: I have to say that sometimes I have the same attitude. Maybe this based on the fact that I am no team player.

At least we can complain about the modules. This is easier than assisting. A simple example from me: 934 downloads of debaser 0.92 in more than two years and 213 for debaser 3 alpha in about three weeks (figures taken from d.x.o).

How many responses for 3 alpha? Zero, nada, nothing, nix. Damn, am I THIS good? Noooooooo!

At the end of this month I will release the final version and I am going to add the opportunity to donate via PayPal. What I am expecting from this is exactly: Zero, nada, nothing, nix.

I wonder if this library could be useful for XOOPS? I think I am going to test this as well (apart from Protector).

[snip from description]:
Mainly meant for private and semi-professional developers who need some help in securing small php applications against some of the top-10 attacks on web software.

Security increase to avoid:

* XSS (Cross Site Scripting)
* SQL-Injection
* CSRF (Cross Site Request Forgery)
* Session-Fixation
* Mail-Header-Injection
* File-Injection
* HTTP-Header-Manipulation
* Response-Splitting
* Informative error messages

No need for excuses! Bet how many times I made a small mistake and then was wondering why nothing worked?

When the token is not 100% safe, what would be then 100% safe? If we ever will reach 100%. Would a request uri check be of any help? Sorry for sounding amateurish, I AM amateurish.

Would XOOPS_TOKEN prevent this issue? If would be handy if there would be a detailed description out there on how to work with XOOPS_TOKEN.

Speaking for myself: I need to break the code to understand it (or not), before using it. Means: I need some nicely coded examples. A kind of cheat sheet would be nice.

Batch processing (plus batch re-encoding with Lame) is back in. I have to fix two things, then Alpha is ready for release.

Upgrade for old version is planned for Beta.

post your block code and we will see. to access the config array inside the block it must be $moduleConfig['limit_by_uid']

Just to be sure
$module =& $module_handler->getByDirname($mydirname);

In your case $mydirname should be 'xoopspoll'. The above mentioned code has to work, I use it myself.

tinyeditor strips out these tags, which are not in the range of allowed tags. Visit toolsets and make changes there. Maybe you'll find THIS documentation useful.

BTW *[*] means that every tag is allowed.
