I found the little bastar....



it was between a "<tr> > < /tr>" at the bottom of my page. I have no idea how it went to the top like that, it was driving me crazy for over a week!

Ok, I removed all that, it is still there.

in my theme file I have:
<!-- RMV: added module header -->
<{$xoops_module_header}>
<script type="text/javascript">
<{$xoops_js}>
//-->
</script>

What does the "//-->" do? When I take it out, the site does not load.

Thanks smdcom,

I removed the link to the style sheet, (it was leftover from testing)and updated the cache's and modules.

Its still there though...maybe its comming from the database?

I've got a ">" on my front page, regardless of what block I put there, I can't get rid of it.

The site Im workign on is www.dtgtv.com/new

I want to make it go live next week, and I've got so much more to do, but have been spending all my time trying to figure this out.....its driving me nuts.

I've looked in my theme templates, block templates, php codes....its driving me nuts

Are you sure you uploaded teh correct folder?

I seem to remember the classifieds module, after unzipped, you have to drill down to teh actual "classifides" folder, and upload that one.

be sure to open that classified folder, and make sure there is not another one with the same name below it.

When this has happend to me, its always because I uploaded the wrong folder, or the folder did not have the correct name.

Im sure you know this, but I had the same problem and just uploaded the file to my server, and used teh wf-downloads "link" option.

I had the same problems. I wanted a good wysiwyg editor, but after looking at the intallation instuctions, figured Id just use the good ol' copy and paste method.

Have you tried to post your problem to www.wf-projects.com ? They are pretty good about supporting their mods through thier website.

Also, I think there is a beta update for wf-downloads out. Maybe you can try that one out.
