Is there a script to move from Newbb to D3? If yes, you could analyze it and do the reverse.
Otherwise somebody would have to write a script from scratch, and I am not sure if anybody would have the time to do it for a one-time situation.

I think we need something else then just a rip from the banner; it should be a bit more original and show XOOPS admin panels in use, and show how flexible XOOPS is, and that purplish background is nice but the trailer you've made Mamba almost has nothing to do, it doesn't show anything about XOOPS except a rip of the banner...

1) I assume, you would use the xLanguage with codes from the ISO 639-1
Albanian: [sq]..... [/sq]
Macedonian: [mk]....[/mk]
2) I am not aware of any. You would have to find somebody to translate them for you. There is a tool that could be helpful to do so: "lang-tool" that your translator could install in XOOPS.
There is a new version 0.08Alpha for XOOPS 2.3 developed using CakePHP, but it's probably not yet stable enough.
I would use standard names for the folders:
/macedonian
/albanian

Trabis, I've updated ranking of few users today to Module Developer or Theme Designer, incl. yours, and was going to PM you about it.
Sorry about this bug! I've seen it earlier, but totally forgot about it.
I'll talk to DJ about it, so we can fix it in the 2.0.18.2 Final Release.
