Ya, I never expected that it might be there in the preferences, its really superb with lot of features. But I think you need to reconsider the "default" setting, place bit more options as default, or give any sort of clear instructions about it.

Ohh goodness me........ what an amazing feature you have done there............ for cloning the module, just click "Clone" put up the module name and go..........absolutely stunning trabis.
Now just tell me how to add fonts to editors....... thanks

Which is the best Article module for xoops?

Hi all,
I am starting a new website, with lot of articles in the form of scanned images and in form of unicode text. I am confused which module would be the best for me to choose.
In my opinion Smart Section was a good choice, but it is discontinuous now. I tried "Publisher" module, but it don't have option to add "keywords" to articles and to add image title etc.
Is there any other module available to fit the requirements?

I installed this version to xoops 2.5.0, but still there is only "main" tab in it. I am uploading a screen shot here, please check, should it be different?
There is no option to add title image for the article or to add keywords.

If so, its too good then, but at my end there is only "main" tab, nothing else. Should I reinstall it?

Hello Chefry! Thanks for posting here.
First two points are valid and might be the fourth ofcourse. But it lacks three main features.
1) No keywords for articles, if you are uploading scanned images, there will be no searching for these.
2) No weight, you can't sort articles as want.
3) No image for article facility. If you are posting books, book title is important thing, which is not here.
4) It has only two features for articles (a title and body), that's all
Smart Section had all the above and lot more.

Thanks Mamba, I have installed "Publisher" I will do write to xuups, if required any assistance.
At first instance publisher seems to be a good alternate, yet missing few features of smart section like "keywords" for every article.
