I see errors at the top and bottom of the report. I've also tried downloading the latest koivi (beta 2) with the same result. Seems I'm missing something at the bottom.

I tried the backpack module with xoops-2.2.3. Backed up and restored the database without any problems. Thankyou:) But this module should really have the ability to save to the server as well as remote.

For those of us that do not have access to cron (shared hositing) is their away to automate backups using XOOPS itself? I've found that many backup solutions fail to restore AMS on our shared server.

News module and smartsection

I've been trying to get the XOOPS spotlight function working on the news module. But for some reason, it continues to take the articles from smartsection instead of the news module. I've checked the items_spot.html template and this shows reference to smart section.

How do I go about pointing the XOOPS spotlight function to the news module?

I've come across a similar problem with koivi since upgrading to 2.2.3. Fails on all the modules with the error

AMS Backup problems

I don't know if anyone else has experienced problems. I've tried a number of backup modules and backup programs (e.g phpmybackup) to backup our website. I have provided a list of modules that all successfully backup correctly.

However, when it comes to backing up AMS I get repeated syntax errors. (You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'aiting to upgrade your kernel to the 2.6.x series until more bu)

I'm at a loss as to what the problem could be. The problem can be replicated by using one of the documents from the tldp project.

Server info
PHP Version 4.4.0
Mysql 3.23.58
Zeus Web Server with Zeus php accelerator.

AMS-2.4 and Xoop2.2

Is there any fix available to get koivi working in AMS-2.4 and XOOPS 2.2.3?

xmlrpc.php blocked access

With the recent vulnerabilities in xmlrpc.php my webhosting company has decided to block access to xmlrpc.php until its considering secure. I haven't noticed any problems with our site but could I expect any with the XOOPS 2.2 core?
