Thats true, but if the guy is trying to build a dynamic menu, that is three deep or greater, I dont see how you intend to help. I mean you get two levels to work with in xoops. anything deeper is static. period.

Wherein, with multimenu he could create rich hierarchy's of menu's that are really effortless to modify.

xoops menu system is very limited which is why multimenu was born.

Couldn't you just wrap the adsense code in <{if}> statements? Thereby regardless of the cache it would still be compiling from php.

Better yet why done you use the 2.0.18 version and plugin your database info/protector info.

I didn't realize you had applied hacks to the core.

Also, EXTGal has ecard built right in. I use it on a couple sites, you can even customize the stamp. Great little feature.

Though an independent ecard module would be cool.

open mainfile.php and change it there. about halfway down, you can't miss the db settings.

As long as your database is intact you can do whatever you want with the modules. I suggest you make a backup of your database before going any farther. Then deactivate the modules 1 by 1 until the site comes back.

Another solution which may get your page back more quickly, in admin preferences set "module as start page" to "none" If this solves your problem you know which module is bugging out on you.
