Hi again.

You should have a few blocks available with xcGallery. Check out the metaGallery(I think it called that) Block. It displayes latest photos, most popular etc...

Hi there.

This is not a problem.

These are notice messages generated by PHP and will not stop your site from working. You should always disable PHP debug from your site in System Admin -> Preferences unless you need to debug a module or a problem.

In future, please use the search facility in XOOPS as this question has been asked many many times before.

Cheers.

Daigoro is right.

These variable are assigned value by Xoops, specifically from System Admin -> Preferences -> Mail Setup (From Name, From Address, From User).

Hi there.

Sounds like your server had a newer version of PHP installed recently, which might have broken your XOOPS site.

I would definitely recommend upgrading your version of XOOPS to 2.0.15.

HTH.

Cheers.

It can be done but you will have to hack the XOOPS core (which is never recommended).

The file you want is in include/functions.php and the function is redirect_header.

Please bear in mind that not all browsers support redirects and that is why the majority of web based applications employ a redirect page on submission.

HTH.

Hopefully third time lucky...

I'm not sure if this is the problem but XOOPS does loose loging information if you change your URL.

You can see that in xoops.org itself. type www.xoops.org into your address bar then login into xoops. Now type in xoops.org into your address bar then you are suddenly logged out again.

Xoops uses cookies to store login information. Cookies are linked to a website's URL. xoops.org is not the same as www.xoops.org at least for the cookie manager.

This is the only situation I can think if where you are experiencing the same problem.

When you first go to your website do you go via www.onmorie.com or just onmorie.com when you login?

Try loging out, type www.onmorie.com/htdocs into your address bar then log back in.

If this doesn't work then it could be a corrupt sessions table maybe? Or your tmp directory in PHP is not set? Or PHP does not have permissions to write to the tmp folder?

Anybody else have any suggestions as otherwise I'm stumped.

Good luck.

AFAIK you can't without hacking the XOOPS core, which is not advisable unless you really really know what you are doing.

OK. That narrows it down abit. Are your using Internet Explorer?

What is the security setting in IE? Does it allow cookies for your site? Try lowering the security settings.

Have you tried an alternative browser like Firefox?
