Notifications.php Blank Page for just me

I posted about this some time ago
but i dont see it in my notifications here on xoops
and i cand find the thread so ill start it up again with new info.

each time i click on NOTIFICATIONS i get a blank white page.
Not sure why or when it started but its been a really long time now.

So today i remembered in the last message i posted here
i turned on DEBUG MODE and pasted the info it shows
so here we go again.

DEBUG MODE = ON
i click on NOTIFICATIONS
and i see a blank white page with this bug info

All errors (0) queries (82) blocks (0) extra (0) timers (3)

Now hold on a second!
Before anyone tells me the problem is EXTCAL module
and that i should just simply deactivate it
Theres one more bit of information.

I am the ADMIN of the site.
and thats the error page i get

my wife is also the ADMIN of the site
but she can see the page.

Now doesnt that throw a monkey wrench into the mix?
both of us are admins ( or just another name for WEBMASTER level )
yet she can see it and i cant?
Why? because shes a woman and deserves it more? hahahah

I also asked a large number of people on the site if they have any problems with the page and all answers i have received are
"NO PROBLEMS"
why just my account?

SOLVED
found the issue

See this line in error

/nfs/c01/h02/mnt/33727/domains/nickdiablo.com/html

compare it to this line

/nfs/c01/h04/mnt/33727/domains/nickdiablo.com

i colored the part that isnt correct
or not similar anymore

apparently im guessing an SQL update was done by the hosting comany, at which time when the new server is working wit me on it
the server has a different address or name

All i did was go into MAINFILE.PHP
and change change h02 to h04

forgot to mention
the site has been running just fine for the past several months
id say maybe 6 months with no files being edited

not sure what happened
i didnt change anything at all
its my friends site and i just maintain it
he doesnt know how to change files and anything relatd to FTP
so

Same Module in use TWICE with different names?

Got a good question. probably been answered here before but im not sure what query to SEARCH for so.

I have a module i can use for TWO different things in my site
I wanted to know
if i want to use the same module for two things
once called ( WFLINKS )for placing company links and information

Can i also use it for say
RECIPES
but just rename the module to RECIPES and then upload it with its new name

once i install it. the DB querrits wouldnt conflict with the WFLINKS SQL tables would it?

lucky for me i still have my old download of this version 3 of yogurt

ill try it
what i would REALLY like to see is a way to NOT upload them but a way to FETCH the url from an online location
while still making it show on the persons profile
Much like the Youtube module ( XoopsTube )

since we dont know what the settings of
"process2.php" were on that server
as well as the output location of the <FORM>> data
the html code for this page would still be useless

i guess the end result is ......Theme builder still available?
Answer... Not unless someone builds another one

but thats what i dont understand
the code creates a page but
where do we place this code for use?

::EDIT:::
because in the code there is this line
<script language=JavaScript src="http://katthemes.com/ThemeBuilder/picker.js"></script>
but if the katthemes.com website is not there
this line of code wont work
