hi to all of you at first...

I've checked that pm notifications should come when someone replies to a thread..

But when someone replies to a post I've made, no notifications come as private messages to inform me that someone answered to my post!>>!

What could be wrong?

edit: I've enabled notifications from the admin menu, but i don't know if i missed something...

User Ranks not showing!

Hello,

In the forum section it is able to see the rank image with the red or orange stars and the text "webmaster" or "moderator", but when it comes for simple users, the rank image with the stars and the text like "just popping in", it is not viewable. I mean there's nothing in that area, except from the avatar and the user info...

ΤΗΕ problem is the following...
When a simple user registers and has no posts, the user rank with the picture can be seen correctly. But when he/she makes his/her first post the user rank with the picture dissapear both from the profile and the forum section!!

Moderators not showing colors...

Hello,

I've made forums and assigned particular registered users as moderators. When you go at a moderators "view account" you can't see that he's a moderator. You only see him as a regular registered user.

What's the proccess of making users , moderators??

Hello,

I go to system-->preferences and then i change the time to GMT +2. It keeps showing me the wrong time in the forums! Should I change appropriately the servers time also?

In the themes library, says that, in order for the popup menu to work, you must have <{$xoops_module_header}> in your theme.html.

Where should I put this line in my theme.html? anywhere i want?

Where exactly should I go to change permissions, so i can make new polls in forums? I didn't find any reference neither to forums administration nor to xoopspoll! Sorry, I'm new...

edit: I use newbb version 1 not newbb2.
