Re: How do I replace the xoops logo with one of my own

If you mean the blue color on the blocks ... you have to go to style.css of your theme and find:

leftcolumn
rightcolum
centercolumn
centerRcolumn
centerLcolumn

and change background color of td#blockTitle

Re: Upgrade to newbb 2

This is the problem ... Newbb doesn't work with XOOPS 2.2 stable ... you can upgrade to CBB 2.2 that works OK!

Re: Upgrade to newbb 2

Hmm ... this is strange. I don't know how to help you ...

Try reinstalling the module ... or maybe upgrade to CBB would be a good choice.

BTW: What version of XOOPS are you using ?

Re: Looking for a module...

Hmm ... maybe you should try with profiles ... so every shcool can make it's own school profile with picture, location, and news ...

Try it ... you can find it on www.hyperpod.net.

And this module has nothing to do with users profiles ... it is only called like this.

Re: Migrate users from 2.0.13 to 2.2??

Why to make fresh install ? You can easily upgrade from 2.0.13 to 2.2.

But, if you really want I think you can make it like this:

- export your 2.0.13 database
- make a fresh install of 2.2
- import 2.0.13 database
- run xoopsupdate.php
- reinstall system module

I think this should work but I am not sure ... Off course make a backup!

Re: Upgrade to newbb 2

The problem is in your theme ... you have to include <{$xoops_module_header}> in your theme.html.

Re: How do I replace the xoops logo with one of my own

If nothing changes then you have to go to:

Admin / System / Settings / General settings

and turn ON updating default template or something like this.

Re: include page help

Can you please provide a link because I would really like to see how does it look without templates ?

Thanks!

Re: Upgrading 2.0.13 to 2.2 Where the hell is the 'patch archive'

LOL

Patch archive is called the file Xoops-2.0.13-to-2.2.zip ... patch because it is a patch to upgrade ... and archive because it is in .zip format.

- Unzip this file ...
- upload all in html folder to your server ..
- run script ...
- update system module ...

That's all.

I suggest you to turn on the PHP debug and clear folder templates_c before upgrade.
