Hi All,

I just copy my site to another host and almost everything is working ok.

It lloks like there is a problem with the creation of the files in template_c

They are really old, like two months before! I deleted them but after using the site, they will appear with an old timestamp.

I get no left or right block...

I already set the template_c and cache to 777

Anyone?

Sorry...I think I gave you a terrible example...

Let say a week ago you create a new ticket for a user. Today you got a call from another user with the same problem. It would be really nice that you can copy the ticket from the last week and then just update the user involved.

the responses are ok...

If I can get a report with the tickets closed in an specific month and the responses for the tickets it will be perfect!
