I went to the gallery FAQ and in there they said you would get that error if you were running PHP in safe mode or some functions disabled.
On my server I have no problems, on a hosted server I get that error no matter what path I use, that's why I figured it couldn't find it.

I have a question.
What it looks like, you are trying to make a block to display username and email in a block. First question is why? Next, What if they are anonymous? Are you only letting registered users use this block? What exactly are you wanting to do in this block. Maybe we can find a better way to do what you want.

Are you trying to use Murwillumbah Regent Cinema? Because even on Yahoo there is no info for this theater today. If that is the theater you are using you will have to wait for Yahoo to add theater info. I had this happen one weekend, Yahoo didn't have the info.

Try going to System admin, choose groups, then registered users, then check the box for xoopsgallery in the Module Access Rights, then click on Update Group.
That should do it.

Try removing the opening and closing php tags, in a block you don't need them, they are already assumed when you select php script.

I think that error means that it can't find Netpbm or Imagemagik. Is it your own server or a hosted server?
If it is a Hosted server you can go to the gallery page and download the netpbm binaries (server specific, you need to know what operating system is on the server) then put them in a folder called netpbm, maybe in your xoopsgallery/cache folder, chmod all files in it to 755 and then change the netpbm path in you admin>preferences, then it will work, but only if the host will allow you to run the binaries from within the site.
If it is your own server you need to install netpbm or you have the wrong path in preferences.

I think the url you used is the one for Other Area Theaters on the bottom. But go to that URL and click on one of the theaters on the top of page. That is the URL you should use
Example: The Theater - BCC,Robina would use the Url of:
http://au.movies.yahoo.com/showtimes.html?pc=4213&r=sim#T2
