The very only advice I can give you is as following :

Open your site the widest possible!

If you want people to see your site, be welcoming and open. Why do you think people would register on your site, with just the promising hope they will discover what they are looking for.

Plus, I know that Google do not appreciate links which lead to nowhere. And I'm not sure either they would appreciate you filter its content.

There is one. Not exactly with the functions you are asking (automatic mail sending) but somewhere a source of inspiration.

Wow, two of my modules in a row...

Ok.

Edito allows to easily creat content on your site. New html, text or picture pages, along with a variety of blocks. In the main menu, you will get a standard index link to the module and sublinks to direct pages. Of course, you can choose to display or not the pages in the main menu.

MultiMenu allows to easily creat custom blocks with links (with or without pictures). Unfortunately, you can not recreat the dynamic aspect of the main menu, but you can reproduce manually the main menu content, plus whatever links you want to see there.

Two possible solutions :

1) use html code (your do what you want more precisely)

2) use multiMenu. Even more simple.

As for tiny content, have you tried Edito ?

lol, kinda complicated I know. But if anyone is up for it, email me.

I don't think so. Why don't you create a site (in subdomain for instance) for each and every of your groups. You could eventually share user database so that users may go from one site to the other without having to register each time.

God bless you. But why would you do so, if you can do it yourself.

Ronaldus, are you sure you need to put the site URL in the link? Isn't MultiMenu meant to deal with site urls and work without the complete url?

I confirm. No need to add anything with multiMenu. It does accept teh relative links very well.
