Re: Deleting on One's Account

It depends on the site and the privledges given the person who is administrating the site.

Administrating a site does not give you automatic privledges afforded the site owner who originally set the site (Xoops or otherwise) up.

So an administrator can say they don't have database privledges and be telling the truth.

I have database privledges on my site because I set it up, so I can look at or read any pm's. No body else can... even if allowed to administrate my site.

Maybe that will help you answer your question.

Sidenote: Yes, the SITE OWNER can, in most cases, if they know how, (and many don't) trace any action preformed on their server.

Re: Ok hit me.

The colors are pleasant to look at and the general theme would be very nice if, the center blocks were resize-able. and the text size could be made smaller or larger according to my needs with my own browsers ~ View/Text size/ selection

There are times this built in feature of my browsers are needed. I see themes built without considering EVERBODY gets older and their eyesite is no longer 20/20 so they need the ability to enlarge the type on the written page, if their site is to appeal to older people.

Re: How do I change the XOOPS header & footer from the admin

Go to your admintration panel and select Preferences from the system block icon. (put your mouse over the icon and a selection list will reveal itself)

http://xoops-end-user.com/xoopshelper/help/preferences.htm

You will see Meta Tags and Footer.

Select EDIT.

You do not have to fear making any change there. It will not hurt your system or make any changes you cannot change back.

I'll try to find you a picture of the actual code.

I uploaded another example that is closer to what you need.
http://xoops-end-user.com/xoopshelper/help/MetaTagsAndFooter.htm

Where it says Footer, you can just erase that or change it.

While you are there you may want to also change the meta words to relate to your own business. These will be words you want the search engines to find your site with.

Re: Undefined variable: g_id

Looks ok to me...

http://habbospeed.net/V3/index.php

I did have a bit of a time trying to find the subdirectory you were runing XOOPS out of though.. (even though it is listed in the error msg)

I don't see the problem you are talking about now...
No fatal errors, works as good as could be expected.

Re: Can't install modules

If I remember correctly, I had that problem and it was the folder permissions were not set correctly. See if they are set at 755
