I was reading your last post and noticed you are having the same problem i am having.

I have multiple XOOPS sites but it seems with 2.0.16 release i have a blank page. Did you find a fix for it.

help with "myalbum" google ad in block on front page please

I am not much of a coder and still suprised that i have gotten this far with my site. I am trying to add a google adsense block to my front page next to the "my album" block pics at the top of my home page. I did paste the google code after the " table" but it is placed at the bottom of the pictures.

The script below is from the myalbum block "random pics"

What i want is pics to the left "2 or 3" and goodle ad to the right with out using a new block

Any suggestions Where do i place the code? and what do i change

Is this hard to do?

When you look at the bottom of a user's profile you get direct links to all of the users pic's that he/she posted as well as info from other mod's.

How do i change the link to actual thumbs of all the photos the user has posted.

Instead of links it would be 2 columns of photos under the profile

I have been using godaddy for about 2 years. i have had every type of hosting package they offer. I know have a dedicated server from them about 140$ but it came preconfigured and no real problems yet....

If you use there shared hosting and install XOOPS from cpanel (pre-installed software) BEWARE the database is not accesable from out side of the XOOPS site. need to run phpmyadmin XOOPS mod. (sounds crazy but true...)

If you install XOOPS on the shared account and create a database then no problem..

hope this helps with the decision.

Hello Marc,

Your site looks great and i love the modifactions you made to the profiles and the quicksearch.

If you dont mind me asking, How did you get the profiles to show like that and what did you use for the quicksearch?

I really would like to impliment those modifactions to my site.

Any knowledge would be helpfull.
