I have installed XOOPS 2.0.10 and added the following modules:
1. pical 0.7
2. xcgallery 1.1
3. smartfaq
4. phpmyadmin
5. shop
these were loaded into the module directory and everything was great!
installed the following modules three days later...
6. popupblog
7. rss
when I loaded the above two modules, they didn't show up in the system admin modules area, so I removed them...
8. membership 1.0
today 06/06/05 I loaded the above module and it doesn't show up either!
What is happening?
How do I install the modules when they don't show up in the system admin area?

I am currently using phplists as my mailinglist program and would like to tie the XOOPS db with the phplists db...
Phplist allows me to add additional attributes to the user db any time I want and therefore as I proceed in time sending my mails out, I can adjust the db as needed.
This is the best mailing list I have ever seem and would hate to loose it.
I don't think the guests to my website want to register twice: once to use the site and then again to add their email to the newsletters and mailing list. Therefore, I would like to find a way that these guests sign up only once for both items when they so desire.
How do I do this?

How do I globally change the date and time format to reflect month/day/yr format, and the time hr:min:sec

uploaded from ver 6 and now in the templetes page i get 5 listed...
what I get is 1 listed, and 13 that need to be generated, then I get four listed and 16 that need to be generated.
what is Happening... everything seems to be working, but these items highlighted in yellow bother me because I'm afraid I may loose info later?

I cannot change/update/edit or anything else because I get the same "Tokens Expired" situation... I'm completely new to xoops, and don't know the path to most of the settings yet.
However, I would appreciate some help on this so that I might continue with my present work.

I have the marquee module and would like to place it under to my horizontal dropdown menu, but the heading "Marquee #1" takes up too much room. After all, a marquee is a marquee, you don't need a title bar explaining that the text scrolling across the screen is a marquee.
